‘Using Food, Functional Objects and conversation, as a both a vehicle and gateway to expanded knowledge and a deeper awareness of our immediate environs, helping us better understand our position within the world.  Experimental Supper is a Poetic examination and exploration into Dining and the world in which we dine. A collaborative project diving into the unknown, the imagined and the experienced, specifically developments in Human Dining.
